Barefoot Contessa
So very recently Nick got me  a TIVO for my birthday (which is so awesome by the way)...anyway...I have been able to start watching all those shows I miss while I am at work.

One show I am just hooked on is the Barefoot Contessa on the Food Network. She is so cool...and all of her recipes seem so easy to do, and its about the cooking and not the host (don't even get me start on Nigella Lawson)....

One of the things I really enjoy is that she is always going to cute little shops close to where she lives and she buys fresh ingredients, like really cool cheese and fresh seafood. It makes me want to go down to St. Lawrence market every lunch hour and guy something yummy for dinner......which I might just do one of these days when its not snowing like a bitch.

Anyway---I will stop my rambling, since I havent posted in forever, and this must seem like a bizarre post :)
